摘 要：随着计算机及网络技术的飞速发展，Internet/Intranet应用在全球范围内日益普及，当今社会正快速向信息化社会前进，信息自动化的作用也越来越大。人事管理系统是现代企业管理工作不可缺少的一部分,是适应现代企业制度要求,推动企业劳动人事管理走向科学化,规范化的必要条件.

本文主要介绍了人事管理系统的整个设计开发过程.其主要系统功能包括以下几个模块:系统模块管理(包括重新登陆、用户管理、系统备份、系统还原) 、员工管理（包括新员工登记、员工信息查询、员工信息维护、员工部门管理）、考勤管理（包括缺勤类型设定、员工考勤信息）、工资管理(包括工资设定管理、津贴管理、医疗保险管理、月工资生成管理) 、统计报表管理(包括员工信息统计报表、员工考勤信息统计报表、员工月工资统计报表) 、帮助。体现了清晰的人事管理流程,完成了基本的人事管理要求，是一个典型的信息管理系统。该系统大大地简化了操作流程，提高了企业的工作效率。
