智能恒压控制系统设计   论文

小区的不断扩建与改造,楼房层数的不断加高,我国居民用水难问题越来越突出,大部分地区普遍存在着用水高峰期高层供不上水,高层居民经常出现用水难问题,给生活带来极大不便。
针对上述问题,本文研制了变频调速恒压供水控制器,通过控制变频器的输出频率从而自动调节水泵电机的转速,来实现恒压供水。同时达到供水效率的目的“用多少水,供多少水”。采用该供水系统不需建造高位水箱,水塔,水质无二次污染。
本文根据模糊控制和PID控制的特点及其原理,把模糊控制和PID控制结合起来,形成模糊PID控制,有效的克服了它们的缺点而发挥了它们的优势。本文详细阐述了该系统中模糊PID控制器的实现方法、系统的各种控制、故障检测以及状态显示

the high residents usually appear with the difficult problem of water, bringing for life biggest inconvenient .and at the above-mentioned problem, this text researches to manufacture to change the Frequency to adjust soon presses the water supply controller, pass the control changes the machine of Frequency of exportation frequency regulate the water pump electrical engineering to turn thus and automatically soon, carry out the to press the water supply.Attain the purpose" use how much water, provide how much water" of supply water the efficiency at the same time.The adoption should supply water the system not to need to construct a water tank, water tower, the fluid matter has no to pollute two times.
This paper adopts fuzzy PID control algorithm which combines fuzzy
control and PID control according individual characteristic and theory
effectively gets over their disadvantage, at the same time, preserving
their merits. The methods of the fuzzy-PID controllersystem-controlling,
