随着通信个人化的发展趋势,移动通信己经成为热点,我国目前己经拥有全球最大的移动用户网络,同时用户对移动网的服务质量的要求也越来越高,总希望能够在任何时间、任何地点进行高质量的通话。而移动网在使用过程中会出现各种各样的变化,这些变化会导致网络指标的变化,影响到移动网的服务质量。鉴于这种情况运营商也越来越重视移动网的质量,并将网络服务质量作为核心竞争力之一。
如我们所知,网络优化是个复杂、艰巨的工作,每个优化工程师需对GSM网络的所有方面都非常熟悉。本论文主要介绍了GSM 网络优化的有关工作,首先概述了移动网的体系结构、功能实体。话务预测,是指通过分析网络话务的历史数据统计规律或相关因素,对未来网络可能出现的话务进行估计和预期。话务预测是网络维护和优化的重要依据,对话务预测模型进行研究和引入新的预测模型,将具有重大意义。同时介绍了移动网络优化的概念、工作流程、优化目标以及网络交换部分的优化方法。
接下来利用漳州移动公司的现网实际数据,重点介绍漳州GSM网络。本文以漳州移动通信有限责任公司GSM网络作为研究对象,比较系统地开展有关话务预测模型的分析、研究和应用,使得网络达到最佳运行状态,更好地为用户服务。同时总结了移动通信网的一般优化方法,并从理论出发,给出实际网络优化过程中的一些解决方法。随着移GSM用户的增长,网络的规模及容量日趋饱和,因此加强网络优化力度,提高网络质量将是网络建成后的重要工作。结合漳州移动网络优化的实际情况,通过技术手段,对改善网络质量作简单分析。
我还从网络发展的角度,讨论了软交换在移动通信网络中的发展情况,以及软交换在移动网络中实现的应用情况。并且讨论了软交换在GSM网络向WCDMA演进中的实现过程,相关的网络结构和由此带来的对运营商的好处。

TELETRAFFIC ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION
IN GSM CN NETWORK OF ZZMCC
Mobile communication has become "hot spot" during the personal communication development. The Telecommunication internal mobile subscriber networks turns to be the largest one in the world, at the same time subscribers have higher and higher demands of QoS of the mobile communication network. They hope that they can communicate with others with good quality of service anywhere and anytime. So the operators pay more attention to the QoS.
As we know, network optimization is a hard and complex work and every optimization engineer should be very familiar with all the GSM network respects. In this paper I simply do some research on optimization of GSM network. First of all I describe the architecture and function entities . Teletraffic forecasting means estimating the traffic that the network may appears in the future by analyzing historical traffic data or relevant factor over the network. It is important basis for the network optimization. So, it is very important to research the teletraffic forecasting model and lead into the new model. Introduce the concept, workflow, object and method of network optimization.
Utilizing the real data of ready-made network of ZZMCC,the emphasis is placed on the GSM Network of ZZMCC.Regarding the ZZMCC as the research object, this paper launches systematically the analysis and research of teletraffic forecasting model. So we can modify the parameters to operate the network so as to get the most benefits. Make an overview of the mobile communication optimization analyze the method, Give network general the test results, and bring forward some resolving method according to the practical network optimizations. The capability of the GSM network is becoming more and more saturation for the increasing of telephone subscriber. it is important to improve the quality of the network. This article makes an analysis for the optimization of the network ZZMCC.
I also give a overview of Softswitch in Mobile Network from development of network point view. Several key issues will be addressed by this document and roadmap of Softswitch in mobile network. Meanwhile, this paper focus on how Softswitch is developed during evolution of mobile network from GSM to WCDMA, related network architechture and benefits brought to operator by Softswitch.
