基于工作流的产品设计过程研究与实现

中文摘要

      随着计算机技术、网络技术和先进制造技术的逐步发展和相互促进,计算机支持的产品设计过程管理成为企业实现信息化管理的一种趋势。设计一个好的产品离不开一个高质量的开发过程,设计结构矩阵DSM(Design Structure Method)方法能方便地对产品的开发过程进行改进和重组,而Petri网方法有方便的图形界面,有效的分析和仿真技术,本文采用Petri网与DSM技术相结合的方法进行产品设计过程建模与仿真,然后用开源工作流JBPM将设计过程部署到网络。
本文以设计参数表达设计设计需求,对实施协同设计的关键理念和相关技术进行了研究。首先从产品设计参数的角度对协同设计过程进行规划,基于设计结构矩阵,采用有向图的理论进行了耦合任务的识别和任务执行层次的划分。对设计结构矩阵所建立的过程模型,工作仿真模拟工作流执行的环境,高效、低成本、快速地执行工作流过程,通过分析仿真结果,来发现模型中存在的问题,以达到工作流优化和重组的目的。并在此模型基础上用着色Petri网工具对工作流模型进行仿真,并以工作流仿真的部署,说明了仿真建模的研究。对于通过设计结构矩阵所建立的过程模型只有部署到网络才能更好的促进协同设计,所以本文就把工作流的思想应用到产品设计过程中,用开源工作流JBPM来设计产品设计过程工作流,结合具体例子深入分析了产品设计过程中JBPM的工作流引擎的运转方式,分析了JBPM的程序结构。
根据以上技术和研究方法,使用Java语言、Servlet、JSP、JBPM等技术,采用开源的基于J2EE和轻量级工作流引擎实现了产品设计过程工作流原型系统。以减速器设计为例对系统各项功能进行说明,本文的研究对于在网络环境下实施产品的协同设计具有较大的理论及实际指导作用。

RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENT ON PRODUCT DESIGN PROCESS BASED ON WORKFLOW

Abstract

Computer-supported product design process management is the trend for enterprises to realize the information managing with the gradual development and the interpromotion of the computer technology, internet technology and advanced manufacturing technology. The key point of designing product is the development process. The design structure method has the advantage of improving and reengineering the development process of the product easily, and Petri net have the convenience graphical interface, effective analysis and simulation technique. This paper unifies DSM and Petri Net to carry on the modeling and simulation in the development process of the product. Then deploy design process to network using open source project JBPM.
In this paper, the requirement of engineering design are represented by design variable, and then the paper mainly research on key theory and relative techniques to actualize collaborative design. Firstly, the collaborative design process is made out from the view of design variable; the coupled set of design task and the layout of its excute order are implemented by using direct graph theory method based on design structure matrix. The design process which is made out through DSM , workflow simulation workflow environments and executes high-effectively with low cost and high speed, as analyzing simulation execution data to optimize workflow process. Using colored Petri net to simulation this workflow which is based on DSM, then illuminate the research with the deployment and execution of simulation model. The process established by the DSM only deployed to network could promote collaborative design, so this paper put the ideological of workflow used in the product design process. Using open source project JBPM to design workflow of product design process, and then combines concrete example to go deep in to analyze the running process of JBPM workflow engine, analyzed the procedure structure of JBPM.
    According to the research methods above, I adopt a kind of lightweight workflow engine which is open source and based on J2EE, and implement product design process workflow prototype system by use of Java, Servlet, JSP, and JBPM technique etc. The system capacity is explained by the gear reducer design process. The research of this paper has great effect on the collaborative design of product under network environment.
