摘要
利用现在的NIOS开发套件来进行开发。本课题主要目的是在了解NIOS开发套件的基础之上进行串行通信的实验。目的是将上位机中的一段程序传送到下位机的FPGA芯片中,再供下位机中的CPU执行。其中传统的串行通信方法是利用单片机和串行接口来实现与上位机的通信。本设计是利用NIOS软核与UART串行接口模块来实现。它们都是由VHDL或Verilog编写的模块。可最终与其他模块集中在一片FPGA芯片中,实现一个单芯片系统。

Summary
Use the NIOS development board to research and develop. This time our main purpose is to make the experiment of a serial correspondence on the base of familiar with the NIOS development board. We want to transmit a part of program from the PC to the FPGA on the NIOS development board. The traditional serial correspondence method is to use the SCM and the serial interface to realize the correspondence with the computer. The design was achieved by use of the module of NIOS CPU and the UART serial interface. They were all wrote by the VHDL or Verilog. It could be collected with other module on the FPGA chip finally; a one-chip system would be produced.
