本次毕业设计的题目是商品房销售管理系统的设计与实现。商品房销售管理系统可以很方便地使用商家和浏览者得到及时的了解和沟通，浏览者作为用户可以查看信息以及其他信息。管理人员可以对企业相应的信息进行管理，如：添加删除信息、对前台页面进行管理等。系统包括前台和后台两个部分，前台可用于用户浏览、查询、网上订餐等内容，并可以网上在线注册；后台用于管理员更改新闻信息、商品信息、管理订单等内容，并可以管理注册会员等。
