【摘要】随着市场的发展，中小型企业的急剧扩张，各个企业在日益激烈的竞争中，为了寻求发展，增加利润率，提升企业竞争力，越来越关注其库存管理。存货管理促进了企业管理，最佳的存货水平可以降低企业存货资金的占用，加速存货资金的周转，增强盘点的管理水平，促进企业的降低成本提高企业经济效益。本文正是采用规范研究与实证研究相结合方法，对中小企业存货管理中存在的问题进行深入的研究，并提出解决策略，为中小企业的发展起到一定引导作用。

[Abstract]Along with market development, Small and medium-sized enterprise's sudden expansion, each enterprise in day by day keen competition, to seek the development, increases the profit margin, the promotion enterprise competitive power, pays attention to its stock management more and more. The inventory management promoted the business management, the best inventory level may reduce the enterprise storing goods fund occupancy, accelerates the goods in stock fund the turnover, the enhancement inventorying management level, the promotion enterprise reduces the cost to raise the business economic benefit. This article is precisely uses the standard research and the empirical study unifies the method, has the problem to the small and medium-sized enterprise inventory management to conduct the thorough research, and proposes the solution strategy, for small and medium-sized enterprise development certain guidance function.
