摘  要：当前建筑装饰工程投资失控主要体现在设计片面追求豪华和高标准；为了降低工程造价，不惜影响主要装饰功能，使建筑装饰工程未达到预期效果；舍本逐末，虽投资总额在投资限额之内，但过剩功能多，而主要装饰功能标准降低等等，这些问题都是由于建筑装饰工程造价管理不到位或者管理机制、管理方法不完善所至。本文就建筑装饰工程造价管理的基本涵义进行了探讨，同时，分析了建筑装饰工程造价管理中存在的主要问题，提出了搞好建筑装饰工程造价管理的对策建议。文章对装修施工工程的造价管理中发现的问题进行了阐述; 在实践中总结了经验心得; 并提出了如何强化装修施工中造价管理从而达到满意的效果。
