青少年男子青少年短跑运动员快速力量的训练
摘 要:文章采用文献资料和对比分析的研究方法,对青少年短跑运动员力量训练的目的及本质、力量训练和速度的关系、力量训练应遵循的基本原则和力量训练的特征方法进行总结研究,旨在帮助与指导田径运动员进行更加科学的力量训练,来不断提高短跑的速度。

Abstract: The article adopts the documents and materials and compares with the research approach to analyse, purpose and essence trained to dash athlete's strength, strength train relation with speed, strength basic principle and characteristic method that strength train should followed to train summarize research, aim at helping and instructing the athlete to carry on more scientific strength training, to improve the speed of the dash constantly.
