摘要:激励是人力资源管理科学中的主要内容。人力资源管理是运用现代管理的科学方法,对企业组织内的人力进行合理的组织、培训和调配,使人力、物力经常保持最佳比例,同时对人的思想、心理和行为进行恰当的诱导、控制和协调,充分发挥人的主观能动性,使人尽其才、事得其人、人事相宜,以实现企业的目标。而激励是人力资源管理的一个主要内容,激励作为企业管理中的一种职能,是通过满足员工生理的、心理的愿望、兴趣、情感的需要,激发员工的动机,以此开发员工的潜力。本文的研究目的就是通过实施有效的激励政策,提高员工工作的积极性,从而提高整个企业的效率。从企业的角度来看,激励也是一种人力资源的开发,有效激励的效果便是工作效率的提高。

Abstract: The motivation of human resources management science in the main content. Human resources management is the application of modern scientific management methods, organization of human conduct within a reasonable organization, training and deployment, so human, material, keeping the best rates, while the idea of human, psychological and behavior appropriate induction, control and coordination, give full play to people's initiative to make the best use, things right in, appropriate personnel to achieve business goals. The incentive is a major human resources content management, enterprise management incentives as a function of the staff through to meet the physical, psychological desire, interest, emotional needs, stimulate employee motivation, thus developing staff potential.
