摘要

随着计算机技术的飞速发展，计算机在企业管理中应用的普及，利用计算机实现企业人事工资的管理势在必行。本系统是一个结合公司人事、财务制度的实际需求，采用功能强大的Visual Basic6.0作为开发工具、ACCESS作为数据库而开发出来的人事工资管理系统。能完成人事、工资管理的全过程，包括新进员工加入时人事档案的建立、老员工的转出、职位等的变动引起职工信息的修改、员工信息查询、统计等人事管理工作以及员工工资修改、出盘、工资短信等工资管理工作。实际使用证明，本系统可以满足公司人事、工资管理方面的需要。系统具有友好的界面，操作方便。

论文主要介绍了本课题的开发背景，所要完成的功能和开发的过程。重点说明了系统的设计思想、关键技术和解决方案。

Abstract

The whole system works for the request of simple operating , amity, vivid, practical interface, and safety, which completes the turning out of old employee, post...etc. of personnel, wages that influence the whole process, and includes the new employees’ affiliation to the contemporaries matter the establishing of files, the fluctuation cause the modification of employment of the officers and workers' information the information search, statistics to wait the personal management to work and adding of new employee's wages, modification of old employee wages, out short letter of dish, wages etc. wages management work. Passed by actual usage proof, the system designed in this text for personnel wages management can satisfies the company’s demand for the personnel, wages managing aspects.

This thesis primarily introduced the developing background of this process lesson , wanting the finished function and developing process. It underlines the points of system, designing threads, keypoint technique and its solution.
