本文通过用VB 6.0编写小区物业管理系统，利用软件工程原理，采用生命周期方法学，其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面，实现了小区信息数据库的创建及各种费用的收取、统计、汇总。

本文还简单介绍了vB6.0软件的界面及操作方法。简要介绍了窗体的制作过程，程序的编写，添加，最后的编译过程。并且叙述了作者在软件开发过程中的心得体会。
