摘　 要

随着我国现代化进程的不断加快，私家车的数量急剧增加，各类停车场的车流量不断增多，对机

动车的保管越来越成为社会倍受关注的问题。

本论文针对现在普遍采用的人工收费管理方法存在的弊端，提出了一套由Visual Basic6.0 开发设计的停车场收费管理系统，数据库采用Microsoft Access 建立，使用ODBC 访问数据库，使用ADO 操作数据库，采用流行的C/S 结构，也就是客户端/服务器模式。该系统主要采用在入口发放带有该车进场时间、车牌号、车型、识别该车身份的车辆标识号的入场凭证，在出口系统根据车辆标识号在数据库中自动查找该车信息，并自动计费，收取停车费。当停车场车位已满时系统报警，禁止车辆驶入。对于一些特殊人群，系统提供了几种类型的卡供他们使用。停车场管理者可以根据需要随时对系统预定义参数进行调整。根据该系统的功能共分为七个模块：登录模块、计费模块、查询模块、用户管理模块、报表模块、参数设置模块，文中对各模块的功能、操作界面、工作流程做了详细的介绍。

   With the development of nowdays’ technology, the quantity of the cars developed day by day, so there comes the serious problem: how to supervise the park of the cars.

   This passage bring us a new management system that can replace the old management system which is done by people. It uses Visual Basic 6. as the base tool, and the Microsoft Access as the database. This system can record how many cars come into the park ,and what time do they leave, and calculate the amount of the time they stayed, and the calculate the amount of fee.

   This management sysytem includes 4 parts, such as login parts, modify password parts, main manage parts and so on.
