本论文以“瑶海家具公司日常事务管理系统”的开发为背景，论述了管理信息系统的概念、结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法。全文共分为概述、 系统分析和设计、系统实现、总结、参考文献等部分，详细阐述了系统分析、系统设计的方法及其内容，对如何使用VB开发本系统作了较为详细的介绍。通过使用本系统对公司日常事务进行管理，初步实现了文件管理、用车管理、资产管理、会议管理、值班管理、事故管理、提案管理的计算机化，具有手工管理所无法比拟的优点。例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、寿命长、成本低等，这些优点能够极大地提高了公司管理和办事的效率。

This thesis is based on the development of "the Yaohai Furniture Company Daily Business Management System" for background, discussed the concept, structure of the management information system and the basic principle and method of the system developments .The full text is divided into totally to system analysis and designs, system realization, summary, reference etc.  detailed elaborate that system analysis, method and its contents that system design, introduce detailed more to how use VB  develop  this the system . By use this system to manage company daily business carries on the management,  carried out the document management, use car management, property management, meeting management, on duty management, trouble management, the calculator that proposal management turn, having the advantage that the handicraft management can't compare to .For example: inspect quick, check to seek the convenience, credibility high, save to have great capacity, the life span is long, low etc. of cost, these advantages can raise the efficiency of company management and handle affairs biggest.
