本文简要介绍了《酒店管理信息系统》的项目背景和意义，着重阐述了该系统开发实现过程，从系统的需求分析、方案论证、模块设计、数据设计、详细设计到系统测试等各个环节都进行了详尽的分析和描述。

The customer information system is build on management information system, and provide great support to business decision. The impletion of customer information system raised new requirement, beyond information management, it need more flexible information analysis.
