摘  要

 

随着我国社会经济的不断发展和国际贸易的持续增长，进一步降低企业运营成本，提高企业的市场竞争力已经成为摆在我国企业面前的一个最大的问题。与此同时，由于企业内部制造成本管理办法的日益完善和成熟，通过提高劳动生产率和节约资源来增长利润已经变得越来越难，而与此同时，随着资源利用率的提高和生产成本的下降，企业的物流成本成为了除原材料成本之外的最大的成本支出项目。

现代物流已经成为“第三方利润源”,是企业降低成本,取得竞争优势的重要来源。中小企业在未来的物流管理中,应高度重视物流观念的变革,不断开创新的经营模式,以人为本,加强合作,创新求胜,全面提升我国中小企业物流运作与管理的整体水平。
