随着计算机技术、多媒体技术和网络技术及应用的迅速发展，信息技术在教育教学中的全面应用已成为现实。网络教育结合了传统教学和计算机网络技术的运用，使教学目标由维持走向创新，教学时空由封闭走向开放，教学内容由间接走向直观，教学模式由共性走向个性。
