实验室低值易耗系统一直为实验室管理一些低值易耗品，为教学科研低值易耗品和低值耐用品的实物和信息管理提供了有效的工具，实现对低值易耗品实物和信息的即时、多方位的全面管理，基于此，本系统开发实现了基于B/S模式的c#低值易耗管理系统，其中数据库采用SQLSERVER 2005，开发平台是.NET，开发工具是Visual Studio.NET 2008，服务器采用IIS。本文详细论述了系统总体设计思想、数据库设计以及功能模块设计等。应用软件工程中的螺旋型开发模型，开发实现了以下功能：1)、用户管理   （实现管理员和其他用户，管理员可操作整个系统；但其他用户只可以 查看简单库存信息，例如：查看有哪些物品可以借出或者领用）(2)、低值品入库（注意一定要是低值耐用品和低值易耗品）(3)、查询4)、低值品出库(5)、表格导出（主要根据低值易耗品的入库、出库具体情况，自动形成相应的报表和提供相应的打印输出。）

The constructions of test library and examination paper are the important parts of teaching activities. The cases of similar content, illogical ken, and clerical or literal error, often occur in the manual-made paper. The development of this system is to make the management of test library more efficient. Considering these conditions, this system has implemented an on-line C test questions examination which bases on B/S pattern, and it adopts SQLSEVER database, .NET developing platform, c# plus Visual Studio.Net developing tools and iis server. This paper states the general design method, the design of the database and the function mode. By classic waterfall models of software development implemented the following functions: 1. management and maintenance of the test library; 2. make a test paper automatically; 3. maintenance of the existed test paper; 4. generate test paper and test answers.The discrete mathematics test library management system can realize the management systematic, standardized and automatic and also make the operation easy, fast and convenient.
