随着科技的高速发展,各个企事业单位都引入了基于Internet的信息管理软件来管理自己日益增长的各种信息，同样，作为网上车友之家的网上车友俱乐部也有了很大的发展,但总体来说商业化的车友俱乐部系统的缺陷也不少。

本设计尝试用ASP在网络上架构一个动态的网上车友俱乐部系统，以使每位车主足不出户就能享受最新车辆咨讯，同时，通过车友俱乐部的在线技术支持，可以方便的排除本车故障，还提供完美的车主技术交流平台，力争使整个车友俱乐部系统趋于完善，此系统更加贴近信息电子化处理，从而降低了人工劳动并增加了信息的准确性。希望通过此系统，可以为网上车友俱乐部的进一步发展提供决策支持。
