德克士连锁经营问题研究

近年来,我国休闲餐饮企业也取得了一定程度的发展。但是,休闲餐饮企业在连锁经营发展的过程中也表现出一定的问题,比如经营者对休闲餐饮的认识上存在误区,物流配送发展滞后,菜品退化,资金短缺、扩张困难,人力资源短缺,品牌意识薄弱等。这些问题都在一定程度上制约了我国休闲餐饮连锁企业的进一步发展和整体竞争优势的提升。本文结合我国休闲餐饮企业连锁经营的实际情况,采用案例研究方法,针对德克士连锁经营进行研究。首先,简要分析了本文的选题背景、选题目的和意义,介绍了论文的思路、结构以及研究方法。重点分析了目前我国德克士企业连锁经营的发展现状,为找出德克士企业连锁经营存在的问题奠定了基础。然后,分析了目前德克士连锁企业在管理及经营上存在的一些问题这种理论分析,不仅有利于企业在管理经营过程中时刻自检,而且为研究德克士连锁经营对策奠定了基础。最后,针对德克士连锁企业经营中存在的问题,从多个方面提出相关对策建议。

Abstract
In recent years, China's casual dining companies also achieved a certain degree of development. However, the casual dining chain enterprises in the process of development also show some problems, such as the operator of casual dining understanding of the existence of errors, lags behind the development of logistics and distribution, dishes degradation, shortage of funds, the expansion of the difficulties, shortage of human resources, brand weak sense. These problems were to some extent, restricted the casual dining chain in China for further development and enhance the overall competitive advantage. In this paper, our casual dining chain in the actual situation of enterprises, using case study method for research Keshi chain. First, a brief analysis of the topics of this background, purpose and significance of topics, introduced the idea of the paper, structure and research methods. Focused on analyzing the current business chain in China Keshi development status for the business chain to identify Dicos foundation problems.
