摘要
工程进度管理,作为项目管理中的重要内容,直接关系到企业的经济效益和信誉。目前,由于建筑施工企业在工程进度管理方面大都沿用传统的经验作法,缺乏新技术、新理论的运用,致使建筑工程项目经常不能按照计划工期完工,或者为了按期完成工程却付出了增加成本的代价,既给企业造成一定的经济损失,又影响了企业在市场上的竞争力。本文紧密结合实际工程项目,站在建筑施工企业的角度,通过分析住宅楼工程项目在进度管理中存在的问题,运用项目计划与进度管理理论对住宅楼工程项目进度管理过程进行研究。论文首先分析了住宅楼建筑工程项目进度计划与控制的现状和存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,然后详细论述了文道住宅楼工程项目进度计划的编制过程和进度控制的具体内容,运用网络计划技术中的关键线路法编制进度计划,绘制了双代号时标网络图,制定满足计划工期要求的网络计划,最后针对该工程进度管理中的具体问题进行了分析并提出了相应的解决措施。对建筑施工项目进度管理有一定的借鉴意义,对利用网络计划技术进行建筑施工项目进度计划制订和进度控制有一
定的推广作用。
